Loading... Please wait...All mountain riding just got a massive boost, thanks to a combination of Cube design flair and Bosch SX drive. Premium C:68X carbon, reliable RockShox and Shimano components, and up to 55Nm of assistance: that's e-mtb riding, perfected.
They say the frame's the heart of a bicycle, but that's only partly true of the AMS Hybrid ONE44 C:68X Race 400X. Sure, Cube used their premium C:68X carbon to create their lightest e-mtb frame yet. Then added a RockShox Psylo Gold air fork and Deluxe Select+ shock, to keep the Newmen Performance 30 wheels shod with Maxxis Dissector 2.4in tyres glued to the trail. And powerful Shimano Deore hydraulic disc brakes, plus reliable XT 1x12 gears, give you all the stop and go you need. But the added secret sauce is Bosch's light but powerful SX drive with 400Wh battery (and optional 250Wh PowerMore range extender). With up to 55Nm of torque and a natural ride feel, it's the perfect accompaniment to this light, agile all mountain trail-tamer.
Building an ultralight Bosch-powered full-suspension bike isn't easy. That's why the AMS Hybrid ONE44 C:68X frame makes use of Cube's most advanced C:68X carbon material, for maximum possible strength and stiffness with the lowest possible weight.
The 400Wh battery is incorporated into the downtube, as close to the new, lightweight Bosch SX motor as possible to improve handling, and the frame is PowerMore-ready for a 250Wh range boost with the optional battery pack. Internal cable routing complements the frame's sleek silhouette and there's a lightweight direct mount chain guide. With a UDH gear hanger and angle adjustable headset so you can tweak the handling to suit your riding style, it's got everything you need for fast-paced trail riding.
The factory fitted saddle limits the weight of the rider plus bike, as well as the system weight, to a maximum of 115 kg. This saddle was chosen specifically to achieve a low net weight. It is possible to increase the weight limit
Please note: A selection of Cube carbon-fibre frames are produced using a UD finish as part of the fabrication process. UD is characterised by its signature carbon finish. Cube have deliberately chosen not to use any kind of top coating over the UD carbon finish, instead leaving the various sections, joins and finished areas typical of the manufacturing process exposed to view. As their frames are laid up by hand, each one has its own unique and distinctive look.
